CVE-2020-1778: OTRS Bypassing User Account Validation OTRS release Security Advisory 2020-16 which agents can bypass the login of the user account when OTRS uses multiple backends for user authentication with LDAP even the account is set to invalid. To prevent this vulnerability, OTRS suggest user to update OTRS to version 8.0.10.
