The BFG Tools – Extension Zipper plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Path Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.7. This is due to insufficient input validation on the user-supplied parameter in the function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary files and directories outside the intended directory, which can contain sensitive information such as wp-config.php.

Are you affected?

Enter the version you run. The result uses only the ranges stored on this record.

The check returns affected, not affected, or incomplete. It does not guess a version that is missing from the record.
