In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_nat_sip: rewind offset when NAT shrinks the packet sashiko says: If map_addr() changes the packet length, such as when the public NAT IP string is shorter or longer than the internal IP, coff will still point to the offset relative to the pre-mangled packet. If the packet shrinks, coff could overshoot the correct position, potentially causing the next ct_sip_parse_header_uri() call to silently skip bytes and miss subsequent Contact headers. Could this lead to a failure to NAT those subsequent headers and leak internal network details?
Are you affected?
Enter the version you run. The result uses only the ranges stored on this record.
The check returns affected, not affected, or incomplete. It does not guess a version that is missing from the record.

What to do
Three questions, each answered from this record only. Confirm the vendor advisory before you patch.
Should you patch?
No confirmed exploitation is on record for CVE-2026-100070. EPSS is 0.11%. Act only if a listed version of linux kernel is installed.
Which versions are affected?
Compare what you have installed with linux/linux kernel < 5.10.270; linux/linux kernel < 5.15.221; linux/linux kernel < 6.1.188; linux/linux kernel < 6.12.110. Compare the installed version with the linked vendor advisory before you change production.
What should an analyst verify?
No weakness class is stored. EPSS 0.11%. There is no CISA KEV listing. No Exploit-DB or Metasploit reference is linked. Use the source links for the original advisory.
