### Summary A time-based blind SQL Injection vulnerability exists in the search parameter of the get_kb_articles action in CasesController. The application directly concatenates user input into SQL queries without proper sanitization or parameterization. Although a filter enforces the presence of the < character and applies HTML encoding (< → <), this protection is ineffective and can be bypassed. An attacker can exploit this flaw to execute arbitrary SQL queries, leading to full database compromise. ### Impact An attacker can: - Extract sensitive database information (users, credentials, customer data) - Enumerate database schema (tables, columns) - Perform full database dumping via blind techniques - Potentially escalate to further attacks depending on environment configuration

No affected version ranges are stored yet. Use the vendor advisory before you decide this record does not apply.
