An unauthenticated attacker could cause a reset link for a known administrator account to point to an attacker-controlled domain. If the administrator opened the manipulated link, the attacker could take over the account and obtain full Administration access. ## Affected versions - Shopware versions up to and including 6.6.10.22 - Shopware 6.7.0.0 through 6.7.13.0 ## Patches The issue is fixed in: - 6.6.10.23 - 6.7.13.1 We recommend updating to a patched version as soon as possible. ## Workarounds If an immediate update is not possible, enable Symfony trusted-host validation so requests with unexpected headers are rejected. Create, for example, : See Symfony’s [trusted hosts configuration](https://symfony.com/doc/current/reference/configuration/framework.html#trusted-hosts) for details. Alternatively, configure the web server or reverse proxy to accept only the intended host names and reject unexpected headers. ## Credits Thanks to [Jan Kahmen](https://github.com/kah-ja) of [turingpoint](https://www.turingpoint.de) for responsibly reporting this issue.
